Avoid unnecessary high calorie foods. Instead of a high calorie
salad dressing for instance try cottage cheese or yogurt to improve
the salads taste and peel of the pounds.
Weight Loss Tip 8
Exercise at least a half hour each day for five days out of the
week. Biking on a stationery bike while reading is a great form
of exercise to slim legs.
